About Sable
Sable Mensah is a speaker, advocate, and strategic thought leader dedicated to guiding people through the intersections of trauma, identity, and personal liberation. As an unapologetic Black queer woman and a survivor of intimate partner violence, she brings a powerful lived experience to the forefront, challenging the pervasive myths and shame that keep survivors from reclaiming their power and their narrative.
Drawing on over 15 years of expertise in strategic planning, change management, and adult learning design, Sable applies a unique analytical lens to deconstruct the complex journey of healing. She translates the often-overwhelming process of recovery into actionable frameworks for rebuilding self-trust, agency, and an unshakeable sense of self.
Through her podcast, Full Out Healing, and her signature talks, Sable dismantles the "perfect survivor" myth and models a path toward thriving that is authentic, unapologetic, and whole. Her work is a call to action for survivors to thrive without apology and for our communities to cultivate a world where wholeness and freedom are possible for everyone.
From Lived Experience to Actionable Framework

This is a glimpse into how I deconstruct the complex journey of healing from abuse into the clear, actionable insights I bring to every stage.
